According to article Ν.2 par. (ιγ) of the decision no. 3/347/12.07.2005 of the BoD of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, YALCO - CONSTANTINOU S.A. announces to the investment community that upon relative resolution of the companys Board of Directors, the issuance of a common bond loan L. 3156/2003 by HSBC Bank amounting to 5 million Euros, was decided. The proceeds of this particular bond loan will be used for refunding the short term bank debt and for covering the investment needs.
