Pursuant to article 19 of the law 3340/2005 and article 2 par. e of the rule 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the management of the Company announces that following the retirement of the Chief Financial Officer Mr. George Makris, that retains the position of Executive Member of BoD, Mr. Thomas Simos assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Mr. Thomas Simos, 48 years old, graduated from the University of Piraeus, holder of a M.B.A has wide experience from prior post held for 14 years at an international company as Finance & Administration Director.
