Additional Information on the 6 month Financial Report

YALCO - CONSTANTINOU S.A. notifies that the 6 month Financial Report as of 30.06.2008 has been amended. Additional data have been included in paragraph IV of the 6 month Financial Report of BoD associated with transactions with related companies and a new chartered accountant review report has been issued, which as to its content is not different from the previous report.
The aforementioned additions shall not amend in any way whatsoever the already published financial data of the Company.

The new Half Year Financial Report as of 30.06.2008, has been posted to the Companys website www.yalco.gr.
