Following the announcement that the "Consumer Counsel association has submitted a report to the public attorney concerning the down payments made to French Imports S.A. (Γαλλική Εισαγωγική Α.Ε.), former trade name of Habitat in Greece", YALCO announces the following:

Fully understands consumers feelings of disappointment
On the occasion of the inauguration of the first Habitat shop-in-shop at Notos Homes on January 12, 2008, YALCO has secured from Habitat the coverage of proven pending customer claims, with free of charge purchase of goods from Habitat, and in fact, by exceeding initial claims by 10%, as a sign of goodwill and fair treatment towards consumers.
A formal announcement to the press will follow regarding the way consumers proven claims will be settled.
