"Socrates D. Constantinou & Son S.A. - YALCO" announces that according to its Ordinary General Shareholder Meeting decision on 25/06/2003, the dividend for fiscal 2002 comes to 0.011 Euro per share. Eligible for dividend are the shareholders on record as of the end of the ASE session on 11/07/2003.
The companys shares will be traded ex-dividend on 14/07/2003. Dividend payment will be undertaken by EFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A. The payment will commence on 21/07/2003 and through 22/09/2003. After the 22/09/2004 will take place on weekdays from 10:00 am to 14:00 pm from the company?s offices:
