"Socrates D. Constantinou & Son S.A. - YALCO" announces that according to its Ordinary General Shareholder Meeting decision on 28/06/2004, the dividend for fiscal 2003 comes to 0.04 Euro per share. Eligible for dividend are the shareholders on record as of the end of the ASE session on 09/07/2004.
The companys shares will be traded ex-dividend on 12/07/2004. Dividend payment will be undertaken by EFG EUROBANK ERGASIAS S.A. The payment will commence on 08/02/2004 and through 03/11/2004. After the 03/11/2004 will take place on weekdays from 10:00 am to 14:00 pm from the company?s offices:
