Clarifying Announcement for the Extraordinary Social Responsibility Contribution

YALCO - CONSTANTINOU S.A. announces that the extraordinary social responsibility contribution that was imposed in accordance with article 5 of Law 3845/2010, concerning the parent company, will amount to ?103,426.58, and will burden the 2010 financial results both at parent and at group level.
