OMNISHOP S.A. (subsidiary of YALCO - CONSTANTINOU S.A.) announces that starting from 01/03/2006 it will undertake the exclusive representation and distribution of the Danish company "BODUM".

"BODUM" holds a leading position and it is an internationally known brand specialized in coffee and tea accessories such as: coffee-pots, tea-pots, espresso machines and other products that are characterized by high quality and Scandinavian design.

During the first year of collaboration OMNISHOP S.A. expects a turnover of 400,000 euros and once fully developed the turnover is expected to be double.
